TEDxBITJaipur 2026 - Woven Realities


Jaipur: Birla Institute of Technology (BIT) Jaipur successfully organized TEDxBITJaipur 2026 at the prestigious Rajasthan International Conference Center (RIC), bringing together students, educators, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders for a full day of inspiring talks and meaningful dialogue.

Hosted by BIT Jaipur, the independently organised TEDx event revolved around the theme “Woven Realities – Where Every Thread Tells a Story.” The programme explored diverse perspectives on leadership, entrepreneurship, education, innovation, artificial intelligence, design, and personal growth, highlighting how individual journeys and ideas collectively shape a stronger and more interconnected society.

The event featured a distinguished line-up of national speakers and thought leaders. The keynote sessions were delivered by Jimmy Mistry, architect and founder of one of India’s most influential design practices, who spoke on architecture as a reflection of culture and human experience; Dr. Gajendra Purohit, a renowned educator and mentor, who addressed the importance of clarity, discipline, and purpose in learning and life; and Gaurav Juyal, an entrepreneur who shared insights on innovation, resilience, and building meaningful ventures.

The speaker line-up also included Manoj Madaan, who explored conscious leadership and mindfulness in demanding roles; Capt. Deval Soni, who reflected on discipline, decision-making, and leadership under pressure; Akshay Kumar, who spoke on resilience and adaptability; Monica Bhatia, who shared perspectives on leadership and self-awareness; and Nitin Jain, who discussed strategy, entrepreneurship, and long-term value creation.

Additional speakers included Himanshu Saxena, who spoke on navigating change in evolving professional landscapes; Ritika Kasliwal, who highlighted creativity and purpose-driven journeys; Jayshree Kirtane, who shared insights on human-centered thinking and lived experiences; Shubh S. Jain, who explored ambition and balance in modern careers; Pijush Ranjan Ghosh, who reflected on leadership shaped through experience; and Manish Purohit, who spoke on adaptability, values, and continuous growth.

Through powerful storytelling, practical insights, and future-focused discussions, the speakers deeply engaged the audience, encouraging reflection on purpose, resilience, innovation, and the evolving realities of the modern world. The sessions inspired young minds to embrace complexity, respect diverse perspectives, and pursue impact-driven careers rooted in ethics and personal growth.

TEDxBITJaipur 2026 concluded with a strong message of inclusion, collaboration, and lifelong learning, reinforcing BIT Jaipur’s commitment to nurturing innovation, leadership, and responsible citizenship among its students and the wider community.

The event was led by Daksh Gupta, Licensee & Organiser, TEDxBITJaipur, under the guidance of Puneet Sir, Faculty Coordinator, BIT Jaipur, along with a dedicated organising team and volunteers whose collective efforts ensured the seamless execution and success of the conference.
